Job Duties

• Provide secretarial services and administrative support to Finance Department
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on daily operations
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in formal secretarial or business discipline
• Minimum 2 years' secretarial or administrative experience
• Well-organized, detail-minded, independent and able to handle multi-tasks
• Matured, self-motivated, responsible, strong problem solving skill
• Good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; good command of written English & Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
