The Role

This is a very dynamic and challenging position on his subject matter. S/he will primarily be the expert for software delivery plan according to consultation with necessary parties. Project scope covers: Risk and cost evaluations, design feasibility,resource planning, quality standard achievement plan and customer feasibility analysis. You are also be the central person to collaborate with internal business users and external parties for different project status, and finally keep your multi-projects on the track with milestones as checkpoints. Will be rotated to manage different teams according to different projects kick-off.

Your Profile

• A degree in computer science, or similar credential
• Project Management Certified is a great asset
• At least 2 - 5  years' solid experience in system design and implementation
• Proven skills in handling feasibility studies, Requirement analysis , system design, data modelling, entity relationships, object-oriented methodologies, producing design/programming specifications and corresponding test plan/cases/reports
• Vendor / contractor management experience is preferable
• With good know-how in Datawarehouse, BI tools and ETL would be a great advantage.
• Strong presentation skills, able to present technical issues in layman terms
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership, well organised and good communication skills
• Experience in embedded systems is to be an added value
