Job Description

Our client, an international luxury retailer is urgently looking for a candidate for the above position.

Job Purpose:

The position is responsible to report and coordinate the quality control activities in Fashion, provide support in after sales service for HK and Macau boutiques. Supervise the in-house repair team to perform daily operation and monitor the performance and result.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Quality Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the in-house Quality Control operations according to company Quality standards and procedures in Fashion. 
  • Identify any potential Quality issue and provide appropriate decision and follow up action to minimize after sales impact
  • Prepare Quality alert & highlight to share the latest standard and guidelines 
  • Generate the monthly KPI to monitor the operations and results

In-house Repair operations:

  • Supervise the in-house repair team to perform daily operation & monitor the performance and result
  • Spare parts inventory management and ordering for the regular replenishment on seasonal product prepared for potential quality issues
  • Responsible to source the repair tools locally and order the spare parts through authorized vendors

Fashion After Sales Service Responsibilities and Repair operation:

  • Monitor the Quality Report (QRR) activities and provide appropriate solution for customer cases
  • Visit the Fashion boutiques weekly to understand and support the after sales at front-end 
  • Provide training for both in-house after sales team and boutiques 
  • Prepare monthly Quality reports and analysis reporting for continuous Quality improvement
  • Regular study and analysis on overall market and competitors to review the repair price strategy

Requirements:  

  • Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • 5 year experience or above in quality control, customer/after sales and repair service support in luxury fashion business
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, data analysis and reporting
  • Possess a strong caliber in communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Patient, systemic, and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
  • Proactively personality, act independently and demonstrate team work
