Responsibilities:

• Assist Claims Manager to handle legal and commercial files.
• Provide customer service to clients and handle telephone enquires
• Handle all types of PNI, FDD and H&M marine insurance claims

Requirements:

• Marine Insurance and Claims OR Ship Management background
• Experience in related field, fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Shipping knowledge is preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC operation and Chinese word processing
• Organized, detail minded, work independently, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
