Accountabilities and activities

• Working in the Channel Service Team, you will be providing sales support and training to our intermediaries and manage them to achieve sales targets.
• Assist intermediaries in managing, retaining and building up existing and new brokers accounts
• Explore and line up business opportunities with intermediaries in expanding the group and individual medical insurance portfolio
• Work with marketing team to develop and implement various acquisition marketing campaigns for intermediaries
• Conduct product and sales training for intermediaries
• Prepare proposals, presentation and training materials
• Compile business and management reports

To be successful in the position, you should have

• Undergraduate degree with 3 - 4 years’ related experiences in insurance
• Possess valid general insurance license (Paper 1 & 2)
• Aggressive in achieving sales target
• Strong command in written and spoken English
• Hands on computer skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
