Our client, a reputable insurance company, is seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager, to join the team. The candidate is responsible for:

Requirements:

• Managing sales activity and monitoring business performance of assigned agency force
• Initiating, developing and implementing various programs to support agency in production, recruitment and persistency
• Managing and monitoring agency discipline and compliance
• Handling and resolving agency conflicts
• Aligning the best interest between corporate and agency force on all aspects

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 8 years relevant experience of which 4 years or more at Managerial level
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented & dedicated to succeed
