Responsibilities:

• Delivering high quality service to customers visiting our Design Gallery shops located in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Chek Lap Kok Airport Departure Hall
• Achieving sales target assigned and proactively promoting Hong Kong design products to our customers
• Managing stock inventory

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese, preferably with Putonghua
• Pleasant, outgoing and self-motivated with good customer service and selling skills
• Product knowledge in consumer electronics, consumer appliances, watches and clocks, desktop stationery, jewellery or fashion accessories, is an advantage

Remuneration and Benefits: 

The successful candidate will be appointed on temporary terms. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
