Requirements: 

• HKCEE or above
• Pass in IIQE (Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination) Paper I, II, III is an advantage, but is not a must
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service field
• Ability to present information and answer customers’ enquiries in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal & communication skills with all levels of people
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Pleasant, patient, self-motivated, well-organized, result-oriented & responsible
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
