Job Description

Employee Benefits Division specializes in the business operations of medical and group life insurance. The division is responsible for performing business functions of Employee Benefits insurance including:

  •  Marketing and sales services
  •  Underwriting
  •  Policy administration and servicing
  •  Claims examination and settlement

 The Job

  • Handle medical hotline enquiries regarding claims and policy particulars from customers 
  • Handle claims processing such as claim assessment and claim payments
  • Provide clerical and administrative support

 The Person

  • F.5 or above with 2 years relevant working experience in claims
  • Customer-service oriented, responsible, and detail-minded
  • Good Knowledge in medical insurance is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
