Responsibilities:

•     Actively promote and support compliant and executable program design and service delivery in accordance with standard SLAs.

•     Work closely with underwriters, MAS team, relationship managers, broker and clients to deliver a timely and compliant multinational process.

•     Complete Multinational Underwriting Support Tool (MUST), confirm programme structure with underwriters, and calculate all overseas taxes via use of AXCO, IPT Quote and MKD systems. Network with Global Markets and keep up to date on all changes across group, particularly in relation to system development issues. 

•     Develop renewal spreadsheet and attend meetings with necessary underwriters, brokers, customers to design programmes prior to inception, ensuring all overseas programme details are in place and recorded prior to binding of accounts. 

•     Work with underwriting teams to increase communication of multinational concepts/ principals, and to ensure that all pre-bind work is completed prior to inception on all accounts.  

•     Review and confirm the Service Declaration / Scope of Service Agreement as developed by the ARMs.  Also ensure all relevant documents are completed and filed for each account. 

•     Monitor and escalate service issues as required. Serves as a team resource for the resolution of escalated issues.

•     Provide weekly updates of internal customer scorecards.  Updates to include dates when overseas policies issued and premiums collected.  Work with MAS team and underwriters / brokers where necessary to ensure monitoring and status updates on accounts provided to ARM’s

•     Look to take lead and if necessary run monthly passport team meetings.  These meetings will involve F & A, MRP, MAS and Underwriters. 

•     Take ownership of multinational service delivery and encourage active engagement from all underwriters.  All underwriters should understand current status across their accounts.  

•     Act as the internal and external “go to person” for assigned multinational portfolio.  Prime responsibility will be to ensure all issues are resolved in accordance with set KPI’s. 

•     The job involves direct communication with external parties.

•     May also function as trainer for other staff.

•     Adhere to corporate standards and requirements per L1 SOS are met including those related to (21) L1SOS Sales Practices, (22) L1SOS Policy Administration,(23) L1SOS Complaint Handling,(32) L1SOS Product Development, (33) L1SOS Marketing, (37) L1SOS Underwriting

•     Manage personal workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience in dealing with Multinational / Global / Captive insurance programmes.
• Experience in Commercial Insurance / APAC Business Environment and Insurance Regulation.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines
• Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following skills:
