Our Group is looking for young and dynamic staff members to add to the current team in Hong Kong.

The candidate for the position of Sales & Business Development Assistant should have the following characteristic:

• Drive results across multiple brands, products and strategies.
• Provide leadership, entrepreneurial skills and a proactive attitude to achieve results and blend in with the team.
• Manage the areas of sales, costing and communication with our network of distributers. Ensure our products meet the expectations of the distributors and the markets.
• Research new distributors and develop new markets for all our Trademarks.
• Consolidate the orders of all Asian distributors, organize meetings related to products and marketing activities.
• Communicate business initiatives, strategies and on-going day to day activities updates for staff and management, both in Hong Kong and in Italy.
• Work on the consolidation of the orders of all Distributors, so to analyze all datas and support them in all dynamics.
• Provide discipline, balance and inspiration within the team and a become a source of information for all our clients
• Participate as a member of the Team led by the managing director and create good relationship with members in the headquarter.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Recent graduates will be considered or people with relevant working experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific markets is necessary. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to think big-picture, anticipates problems, plan and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent Inter-Personal Skills, Good Planning Skills and knowledge of the group’s orders calendar for production, Brand and Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Positive Behavior and with a Proactive/Independent work skills.
• Willing to travel abroad.
• Excellent and professional English Skills, fluent in Chinese and Cantonese, other languages is consider a plus.
• Good computer skills and use of the basic Office software and internet navigation.
