Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote Liberty’s motor insurance product and generate new customers
  • Focus on delivering the best customer service to our clients
  • Answer motor insurance enquiries and handle motor insurance applications
  • Maintain relationships with customers and ensure quality service throughout the customer lifecycle

Requirements

  • Post-secondary educated
  • Good customer service skills with a friendly and personable attitude
  • Fluent in English, able to converse in basic Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Experienced in insurance and/or licensed in insurance intermediaries will be an added advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred
