Our client, a Top-tier Global Retail brand, is looking for a talented Retail Operation Manager / Assistant Retail Operations Manager to drive their business growth in the Asian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop retail operations strategy
• Manage and oversee daily Stores Operation
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales performance
• Fulfil the highest standard of customer relation, services and execute store productivity
• Lead, coach and train the sales team to ensure consistent grown their skills and performance
• Monitor P&L and drive the shop profitability
  
• Manage POS system & all KPI activities
  
• Provide soft skill & product training to retail staffs, as well as set up the guideline 
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Retail, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 -7 years relevant experience with 3 years in managerial roles, experience in INTERNATIONAL BRANDS is HIGHLY PREFERRED
  
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
