Job Duties

• Analysis duties
• Consolidated customer services related performance data and analyze KPI
• Develop tool to assist customer service team to achieve CS excellence
• Prepare reports to help monitoring the sales operations and capture the trend of customer behaviors
• Support management to execute required procedures

Customer service duties

• Responsible for global key accounts management
• Monitor key account performance and retain customer relationship

Education and Experience

• Degree holder in Science/Mathematics/Marketing/Quantitative Finance or related discipline
• Over 3 years relevant working experience in customer service or sales & marketing operations
• Strong in Excel and anaylsing skill and other MS office applications
• Customer oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
