Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as account handler for servicing, marketing & developing the existing key and important Japanese corporate clients & intermediaries
• Supervise a team of account handlers in developing & achieving Japanese business targets through providing professional and excellent customer services
• Ensure all marketing services are handled in accordance to the company marketing and servicing requirements/standard and are carried out of to the maximum benefits to the company
• Handle and assist in claims settlement for Japanese clients; consult and negotiate with MSIJ on claim issues especially for global Japanese program
• Introduce customers to MSIJ, overseas MSIG subsidiaries in Asia and China so as to increase the presence of MSIG in Asian market 

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above, preferably in Insurance Studies with CII or ANZIIF qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in general insurance
• Knowledge in serving Japanese clients and marketing
• Excellent customer services, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Written and spoken in Japanese will be an advantage
• Hands on PC knowledge and skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
