Job Description
We are seeking for pleasant, energetic and customer-oriented candidate who determine to pursue career in Customer Service to join our team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries/orders and assist in shipment tracing
- Back up for support function in customer service department
Basic Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- With 1-2 year relevant work experience in hotline center or shipping industry is an absolute advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good computer knowledge with solid experience in using Microsoft Excel
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Shift working hours : 0830 – 2230 (Mon – Sat)
