Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide support on recruitment and selection process including but not limited to screening, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, preparing employment letters and on-boarding process;
  • To participate in the system design and migration of HRIS – ESS Project;
  • To work closely with HR professionals and project team on timely preparation of information and user requirements, configurations, handle User Acceptance Test (UAT), documentation, filing and process set up etc;
  • To provide administrative support on office renovation and migration project as required;
  • To handle and assist the HR and Office Admin duties and assignments as deemed required and necessary.

 Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent;
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in sizable organization or insurance industry;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
  • Hands-on experience in HR Information Systems would be an advantageous;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in Using Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point;
  • Self-initiative, proactive and able to work independently;
  • Well organized, customer focused and a good team player;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
