Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Handle policy documents for both new & renewal cases within the Company standard and service turnaround time
- Maintain members’ record and issue billings for designated clients in a timely and appropriate manner and conform to regulatory compliance
- Communicate with all other areas of the Company and clients relating to matters such as policy issuance, premium notices, change of particulars etc
- Supervise subordinates and provide them with clerical support to policy services operations;
- Tackle system problems by communicating with IT support
- Support the Manager to cater for daily operational needs and business requirements as deemed required and necessary
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned
Job Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- Minimum 3 to 5 years prior experience in policy administration will be preferably

Basic insurance product and policy administration knowledge
- Able to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC skills, Word and Excel a must
** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
