Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E documents, logistics, Tradelink and custom declaration
• Monitor the shipment schedule for progress update
• Contact and coordinate with external and internal parties for shipment issues
• Ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated to meet customers' requirements and delivery schedule

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in shipping field
• Experienced in customs clearance procedure in China
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Customer-oriented, well-organized, detail-minded and hard-working;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;
