Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Managing Director and supervising an Administration and Accounting Assistant
• Maintain full sets of accounts and prepare books for submission to Auditors at year end
• Perform day to day accounting duties include account receivable, payable and daily payments
• Ensure proper management of books and timely submission of monthly management reports including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Sub-ledgers and Bank Reconciliation
• Cash flow management
• Liaise with external Auditors and file tax returns
• Correspond with customers/banks and others relating to Account & Finance matters
• Handle payroll, MPF and maintain Employees Benefit programme
• Perform full spectrum of administrative functions including purchasing and maintenance, housekeeping;
• Provide general PA duties to the Managing Director

  Requirement:

• Degree holder with accountant training from reputable institute.
• 5 plus years relevant working experience.
• Able to handle full set of books independently
• Well Organized, independent and good communication skills
• Good computer and typing skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
