Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- handling rates and transport costs of forwarders companies (benchmarking)
- very familiar with the shipping INCONTERMS 2010 (EXW / FCA / FOB / CNF / CIF / DAP / ...)
- familiar with DG handling
- checking invoices from the forwarders
- preparing custom clearance for export
- preparing invoices and packing lists
- handling shipping docs (B/L, AWB)
JOBS REQUIREMENT
- Min 1-2 years shipping experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- another European language will be preferable
- Familiar with MS Office operation
