Responsibilities:-

The Senior Manager, Bancassurance will be working in Aviva’s Bancassurance business to deliver assigned targets and champion marketing promotions and campaigns in a customers’ needs-based focused environment. He/she will make a difference to our customers by continuously helping them achieve their financial goals and aspirations. He/she will also assist to serve as a feedback channel on all issues pertaining to marketing, product acceptance and other issues relating to the sales of insurance products in the Bancassurance Channel.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines
• IIQAS license holder will be an advantage
• Mature, self-motivated and well organized
• Results-oriented, figure-oriented and detail-minded
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Customer-focused, energetic, outgoing and presentable with strong business acumen
• Able to work under pressure with strong team spirit
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferable
• At least 6 years sales training experience in insurance or banking industry
• Excellent sales track records and experience in sales strategy planning is preferable
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Sales Manager position
