Responsibilities:-

• Handle the daily process of both New Business &Policy Administration
• Capture and verify new application and renewal data
• Handle enquiries from internal customers independently
• Responsible for operations administration
• Assist in handling ad hoc project assigned

Requirements:-

• Diploma or above with LOMA qualification or partial achievement of these qualifications is an advantage.
• 1-3 years life insurance experience, preferably in New Business, Policy Administration/Claims areas
• Attention to details with high accuracy rate
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS office such as Excel, Word and and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
