工作範圍：

• 領導直銷團隊及推動銷售員充分發揮專業及服務質素水平，以達致公司訂下之銷售目標
• 協助銷售員制定推銷技巧策略，以改善及提升產品銷售之結果及效率

申請人需具備以下條件：

• 中五或以上程度
• 5年以上電話保險銷售及至少1年帶領銷售團隊經驗
• 持保險中介人試卷一及三合格資格，兼具試卷二合格者優先考慮
• 具優秀領導能力，能推動銷售員，充分發揮專業及服務質素水平
• 具優良的人際關係及溝通技巧
• 能操及書寫流利中文、英文

BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (BOCI) was established in 1980 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BOCHK. All credit cards issued by BOCI are collectively called BOC Credit Cards. BOCI has issued various international credit cards, and is now the card issuing and acquiring processing centre for BOCHK. BOCI plays an important role in the credit card business in the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Macau.
