Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales objectives by developing new agents, retaining quality business and maximizing new business opportunities
• Provide insurance advice and excellent solution-focused service to agents and customers
• Build and develop positive relationship with agents and potential customers
• Implement the Company’s underwriting and credit control policies
• Handle sales reports and assist in implementing sales programs

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Professional insurance qualifications would be a definite advantage e.g. ANZIIF
• Min. 5 years’ working experience in insurance industry with sales and marketing experience
• Good Agency Network and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• Pro-active, energetic with strong sales and service mindset.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
