TVB has established a charity fund, namely, TVB, Staff & Artistes Fund for Charities (the Fund) with the aims of providing aid to victims of calamities; relief for poverty and caring for the elderly. It has been incorporated under the Companies Ordinance and granted as a tax exemptible entity under the Inland Revenue Ordinance in 2013.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process applications for the Fund
• Maintain effective communication with applicants
• Along with the Head of Operation Team, work closely with the Appropriation Committee and Finance Committee for the appropriation of funds
• Establish rapport with relevant government departments and NGOs to facilitate effective processing of applications
• Assist in co-ordination of charity activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Social Work with 3 years working experience
• Good command of Chinese and English with grade C and above in HKALE
• Mature, self-motivated, confident, patient, and eloquent with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Liaison Officer
