Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise in-house and contract workers.
- Liaise with internal departments, tenants and government parties.
- Monitor and review adequacy of surveillance equipment, emergency practices and drills.
- Supervise fitting-out work and assist Leasing Team for handover and takeover of premises.
- Assist Property Manager to carry out any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Housing, Facilities, Hospitality or relevant disciplines
- Member of HKIH is a must
- At least 6 years in property management industry
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Sound leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with result-oriented approach
- Initiative and willing to work independently
- Proficiency in computer skills
