Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational units located at Hong Kong International Airport and Airport Express Stations in the absence of manager
• Handle and resolve daily customer services and operational issues in a professional and timely manner
• Liaise and maintain strong relationship with Airport Authority on operational matters, ensure compliance with all service contract requirements
• Manage all staff related matters, including but not limited to preparing monthly duty roster, monitoring staff attendance, handling staff performance issues and training of new joined staff
• Compile regular reports for management review
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in business administration, logistics and transportation, facilities management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge on AA regulations or working experience in airport-related area is definitely an asset
• Quick learner, good team player, attentive to details and able to work under pressure independently
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, good organization and execution skills
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is preferable
