Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions for retail frontline staff:
•  Responsible for whole recruitment & selection process, and preparing employment contract & new-joiner kits, as well as other on-board & exit procedures for front-line staff
•  Prepare for the commission calculation
• Handle the payroll calculation of part-time staff and new joined staff
• Conduct salary survey and search, provide timely update of the market trend from the candidates
• Process leave administration and related reports
• Handle Compensation & Benefit Administration for the group, such as medical scheme, MPF enrollment, staff purchase record, etc. 
• Maintain HR database and personnel records by a proper & systematic approach
• Coordinate employee relations activities, such as Annual Party, staff seminars, etc.
• Prepare all HR related reports and other daily clerical support to the HR & Training team (such as meeting room booking)
• Perform Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
• 1-2 years of relavant experience in HR field, with exposure in retail industry is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• A good team player, self-motivated and independent
• Proactive, detail-minded and well-organized
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Chinese WP, PowerPoint and other software skills
