Job Description
The candidate would report to the Chairman’s PA and be a native English-speaker with the following skills and attributes:
- Shorthand or speedwriting skills a must – accuracy essential
- Formal secretarial training
- At least 10 years' relevant working experience with a minimum of four years in a multinational corporation, for a senior executive
- A mature, calm nature and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills (Cantonese not required)
- The ability to work independently, a quick learner and good eye for detail
- Excellent organization and administrative skills
- Computer proficiency in the use of MS Office
An excellent package and a five-day work week will be offered to the selected candidate. Immediate availability preferred.
