Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 300 staff, managing the whole order fulfillment cycle from Goods Receipt/Inbound, Repackaging, Put-away, Picking, Packing to Delivery
• Coach and engage your team to ensure they perform to an acceptable standards and operate in accordance with site GDP/GMP and quality systems
• Deliver above target results in quality, service, cost, inventory management and people engagement result areas
• Drive a strong team working environment by setting clear expectations on how the team need to work together to improve performance
• Continually review all aspects of the operation, working closely with clients, customers and own team to improve customer service, quality, cost and inventory accuracy
• Promote and ensure a consistent, fair and thorough approach to the implementation of people policies and procedures
• Deliver full compliance to all company and legislative health & safety requirements, as well as excellent standards of GDP, hygiene and housekeeping

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience within a DC or warehouse, having a track record of driving sustainable improvements in all key result areas
• 5 years of senior leadership experience, leading or being in a senior role within a large DC/warehouse with a team greater than 100 staff
• Strong people/leadership skills with a ‘hands on’ management style to lead your team to exceed targets
• Exposure to operating in a fast moving, high volume, commercial environment with a strong customer service bias
• Proven analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• All-round knowledge of health & safety at work and GDP/GMP practices
• Demonstrated negotiation skills in achieving favorable results
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
