Responsibilities:

• Responsible for server, network and telephone system maintenance and trouble shooting
• Provide technical support for internal users, including PC hardware and software installation and trouble shooting
• Keep proper records on all maintenance and IT management files
• Co-ordinate with service consultants on server, network, IT equipment and telephone system support and maintenance
• Generate reports for Management assessment
• Assist Management for other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of IT technical support experience on PC, server, network and telephone system
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good senses of responsibilities and self motivation
• Energetic, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is required
