The Senior Sales and Brand Manager primary responsibility is the creation of strategic business plans that will impact overall sales performance and lead to successful execution of initiatives.

The Job:

• Achieve sales and P&L target  
• Directs and oversees the execution of the profitable and strategic business strategy in region to meet targets and growth goals for each season/year
• Ensures all aspects of business and sales strategy are executed with excellence in field at store level
• Lead and collaborate with marketing communication team, retail operation team and merchandising team
• Achieve various sales targets via marketing communications & retail business operations
• Partner with leadership to prepare financial budgets and forecasts for the business 

The Person: 

• Degree holder or above in any disciplines
• 10 years of experience in sales or retail fashion brand, prior exposure to International brand is preferred
• Familiar with brand building in high-end fashion is an advantage
• Must have ability to recognize opportunities and must be able to quickly turn opportunities into recommendations
• Successful track record for business growth and bottom line results
• Achievement oriented with solid management experience and demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
