Responsibilities:

• Assist OEM department head to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Liaise with customers on commercial aspect and co-ordinate with internal departments
• Promote new products to current and potential customers
• Handle customer's enquiry in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or related discipline
• Minimum 1 years' related experience, with Home Appliance / Electronic product manufacturing industry preferably
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Able to work independent and under pressure
