Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Asset Management
- Handle a mega size project in Beijing worth billions
- Responsible for development and leasing of retail shopping space, commercial and residential areas
- Look for quality tenants for project/ plaza and negotiate terms
- Manage staff of 30-40 people
- Station in Beijing, may need to travel to different China locations and/or other countries subsequently
Requirements
- University degree, major in surveying or marketing plus a MBA
- 15 to 20 years of working experience in senior project management position
- Must have property management background especially with large developers
- Sound track record in retail shopping centre leasing and management a must
- Experience should be with large size complex, not single block
- Excellent relation with potential tenants especially luxury brands
- Good business acumen with strong market sense
- Has managed team of multidiscipline
- Has stationed in major cities in China
- Self driven, high energy level and dedicated
- Good spoken English and has interacted with English speaking executives
- Outstanding executive who has early retired will be considered
Salary package: Compensation package around RMB2mil to 2.2mil inclusive of base salary and housing allowance. Candidate will be on local PRC payroll and be responsible for paying PRC tax.
