• Degree holder plus at least 6-8 years’ experience in property management with at least 3 years at managerial level
• Member of RPHM, CIH, HKIFM or HKIM is preferable
• Knowledge in ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007  is preferable
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Good communication skills, outgoing and customer service oriented
