Job Description
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 3 years solid accounting experience
- Experience in handling shipping documents pref.
- Proficient in Account Software such as MYOB
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, English and fast Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English (Both spoken and written), Cantonese and Mandarin
- Prepare full set of accounts, monthly management reports
- Ensure timely and accurate customers receipts updating
- Handling daily incoming cheques & cash from our customers
- To prepare ad-hoc reports, payroll & MPF arrangement
- To handle general office administration and other ad hoc duties
