Job Responsibilities

• Maintain order within the centre
• Update and maintain registration system
  
• Handle telephone calls/enquiries and take messages
• Arrange appointments and lesson make ups to clients
  
• Perform any other secretarial duties
• Liaision with new and old clients
  
• Provide course details to clients

Job Requirement

• Form 5 or above
• Able to work on saturdays , sundays.
  
• At least one year relevant experience
• Basic command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua is necessary
• Proficient in English and Chinese word processing and conversant with computer software such MS Word and MS Excel
• Candidates living near Yuen Long an advantage
• Mature, responsible and team player
