Responsibilities:

• Supervise in-house and contract workers.
• Liaise with internal departments, tenants and government parties.
• Monitor and review adequacy of surveillance equipment, emergency practices and drills.
• Supervise fitting-out work and assist Leasing Team for handover and takeover of premises.
• Assist Property Manager to carry out any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Housing, Facilities, Hospitality or relevant disciplines
• Member of HKIH is a must
• At least 6 years in property management industry
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Sound leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with result-oriented approach
• Initiative and willing to work independently
• Proficiency in computer skills
