ESTATES OFFICE

The appointee will be a member of the Project Management Section and assist in supervision/co-ordination of construction projects. Duties include liaison with end-users, consultants, contractors and suppliers, preparation of material specifications, working drawings and tender documents, project administration, and monitoring of project programme. The appointee will occasionally be required to take part in drawing production in relation to the works.

Applicants should have a recognised professional degree in Architecture/Surveying or related discipline with at least three years of relevant experience. Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and good organisational and problem solving skills are required. Proficiency in computer applications including AutoCAD and Photoshop is preferred. He/She should also be pleasant, service-orientated, responsible, self-motivated, able to work collaboratively, independently and under pressure, and willing to take up extra responsibilities. Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a written test.
