Responsibilities

1. Clerical support to the awarded tender
2. To execute the contracts and tenders according to the specifications.
3. To keep detail record of all costs involved.
4. Liaise with the Factory / Suppliers and ensure their schedule and delivery of goods are of good quality and on time.
5. Prepare the weekly/monthly project progress report and verify sub-contractor’s progress payment
6. Documentation of project bidding.

Requirements

1. Diploma or above in 1-3 years’ working experience
2. Experience in fiber optics, telecommunications industry, government project
3. Strong sense of responsibility and hard working
4. Good Computer Skills in MS Office, Project, knowledge of AutoCAD is an absolute advantage.
5. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
