Job Description
- At least 8 years merchandising experience, of which minimum 2 years should be in the similar or management position
- Strong sourcing and product development experience in Ladieswear
- MNC Buying Office experience preferred
- Strong leadership, supervisory and motivation skills
- Excellent communication, inter-personal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English
