Job responsibilities

-          Prepare marketing materials like guidelines, brochures and e-newsletters

-          Updating & analysis all marketing related information

-          Maintain and update company website and executive email marketing

-          Keep contact with potential and existing customers in a regular basis

-          Handling and follow up all customer’s enquiry and complaints

-          Coordinate and executive marketing events or promotions

-          Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns

-          Assist in budget planning and development of marketing plan

-          Coordinate with departments for planning, organizing and execution of marketing events

-          Perform ad hoc projects when required

Qualifications

-          University graduate in Marketing, Business or related disciplines

-    Academic background in Engineering will be an absolute advantage

-          Good analytical and problem solving skills

-          Self-motivated and able to work independently

-          Good working discipline and attitude

-          Proactive, detail-minded with good presentation & communication skills

-          Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese

-          Proficiency in MS word, excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

-          Knowledge in Photoshop and HTML is an added advantage

-          Fresh Graduates are welcome and will be considered as marketing trainee
