Responsibilities:

• Capable to handle orders from production to shipment independently
• Working closely and liaise with other teams(in USA) and vendors(in Asia) for all submissions and approvals (e.g. lab-test, trim cards, packaging etc.)
• Monitoring vendors in all aspects of production and delivery
• Communicate with forwarder and Preparation of shipping document
• Update and maintain to ensure timely and accuracy of all information in system
• To organize and maintain the filing system and records
• Other merchandising roles and task that may be required
• Business trip may be require occasionally
  
  

Requirements:

• F.5 or Diploma/Certificate holder in Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines
• At least 2 years merchandising experiences in knit, in hosiery is preferred 
• Shipping knowledge is must
• Fluent in English and good command in Mandarin, Chinese
• Proficiency in PC knowledge, such as MS Office: Excel, Word etc. 
• Proficiency in Mac design software Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, independent and have a sense of responsibility
