Job Description
Responsibility:
- To maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new clients
- To develop account development strategy with Account director
- Negotiate and discuss project requirements, scope of work, and project specification with Clients for different scope and nature of solutions provided by our company, nature including exhibition, motion graphics and interactive project.
- Coordinate with internal team mates, supplier and client to make sure that our deliverables are in excellent quality, before deadline and within cost
- Able to handle project from pitching to closing for different types of project with creative mindset
- Station in Hong Kong and handle projects in China or overseas occasionally
Requirement:
- A degree/diploma holder in Marketing/ Media Communication/ Business Administration
- At least 3 years of account servicing experience in advertising agency or marketing stream
- Experience in Event/Exhibition/Conference projects will be a plus
- Team builder with strong analytical skill to solve different project and client queries
- Proactive, innovative and self motivated with good presentation and client management skills
- Good spoken and written of English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
