Job Scope:

• Monitor plant facilities and operation process in order to meet all requirements regarding environmental, health, safety, quality and productivity;
• Provide necessary information for planning & continuously improve a preventive and predictive maintenance system;
• Develop and implement maintenance systems for all industrial equipments and facilities at the plant;
• Conduct on-site audits to assess factory settings in China;  
• Key member of the EHS Committee of the company to provide technical support of the Plant.

 Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, PIE, or equivalent
• 10 years facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in machinery, PCB, packaging and semiconductor will be advantages.
• Strong experience in team leading, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge in EHS management system is a must;
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
• Station in Guangzhou is required.
