You will be joining a team of 5 and reporting directly to the Senior Business Manager. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the followings:

• Formulate and implement product launch strategies to achieve company's business objectives
• Generate sales through account development and management
• Responsible for handling customers account, product development, order and production follow-up
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers through excellent sales support and customer service
• Perform sales analysis, sales forecast and propose pricing & sales strategy
• Keep abreast with market development
• Experience in new product development & handling OEM / ODM projects
• Work closely with factory to keep track of production issue

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Marketing or Business Management
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in marketing and sales of small household electrical appliances and minimum of 2-3 years experience in managing people
• Experience in manufacturing sector is a must
• Sales-oriented with good business sense and strong analytical skill
• Good people management and leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant character with positive and proactive working attitude
• Proficiency in English and Putonghua
• Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Business Manager
