The Account Service Executive is accountable for execution of all advertisement campaigns for designated sales personnel. The person must be able to work independently and communicate effectively to deliver successful advertisement campaign. The person must understand the sense of urgency and manage that pressure well.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on client retention, growth, renewal and client satisfaction
• Respond to advertisement proposal/order request for designated sales personnel
• Manage advertisement campaign, including order creation and booking, advertisement material arrangement, advertisement delivery, performance optimization and post reporting
• Trouble shoot all aspects of a client's campaign to ensure customer satisfaction
• Serve as single point-of-contact within sales team for campaign related inquiries to designated clients
• Assist in project / events from time to time

Requirements:

• University degree holder
• 2+ years of post-sales service, online advertisement service or relevant experience in media and advertising field is highly preferred
• Strong background in digital and traditional marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Strong knowledge of advertisement execution
• Must be able to prioritize multi-tasks
• PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing skill
• Systems savvy and experience in data entry platforms
• Independent and customer-oriented
