Job Description

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will work 20 hours per week (4 hours/day) to provide administrative support for the department and:

  • Process daily donations and issue receipts
  • Compile and analyze statistical reports
  • Input & update fundraising database
  • Prepare donation reports
  • Assist in organizing fundraising activities

Requirements:

  • F. 7 graduate, preferably with LCCI Intermediate
  • Min. 2 years accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
  • Proactive, good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to deal with multiple tasks in a courteous and service-oriented manner
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate independent problem solving skills
