Responsibilities:

Provide full support in sourcing and operational activities for our group companies including:

• Placing purchase order as assigned and closely monitor the delivery time and cost control;
• Carrying out goods receiving procedures in system and pricing calculations;
• Carrying out designated sourcing and market research activities;
• Generate and analysis reports as required;
• Arrange meetings with relevant internal and external parties, take minutes and follow up;
• Follow through operational procedures / policies and documentations
• Ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above;
• At least 10 years working experience preferably in Purchasing Dept;
• Able to work under high pressure, tight deadlines, multi-tasking and overtime work;
• Excellent computer and numerical skills;
• Team player and people-orientated.
